Sponge pudding topped with lemon curd
DO NOT COOK FROM FROZEN
FOR BEST RESULTS MICROWAVE. THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS ARE GUIDELINES ONLY. THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN COOKED ALREADY AND ONLY REQUIRES GENTLE REHEATING.
MICROWAVE: Remove all outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
HOB: Remove outer packaging, do not remove or pierce film lid. Place pudding in a saucepan on top of an upturned heat-resistant saucer, fill the saucepan with enough water to come 1/3 of the way up the pudding basin. Bring to the boil and (Do not let the pan boil 20 minutes simmer for
dry). Remove film lid and turn upside down on to a serving plate. Serve and enjoy.
