Oven Cook 180°C 40 Minutes
Pre-heat the oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 30 minutes. Stir, replace film lid, cook for a further 10 minutes. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
Micro 800W 9 minutes 30 seconds
Microwave from frozen Cat E 800W Full Power. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 6 minutes 30 seconds, stir, replace film, cook for a further 3 minutes. Stand for 1 min before serving.
