This Chicken Roast Dinner is perfect for when you're after something hearty but easy. It's the ideal solution for busy days or when you need a bit of comfort without the kitchen work.

Oven (Fan 180°C/Gas 6): Pre-heat oven. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Remove potatoes and stuffing ball, place to one side. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 25 minutes into cooking time, add potatoes and stuffing ball to the tray and return to the oven for a further Fan 20 minutes / Gas 25 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving. Microwave (800w): Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Remove potatoes and stuffing ball and place to one side. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 6 minutes. Return potatoes and stuffing ball to the tray and cook for a further 6 minutes. Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
