Oven Cook 180°C 45 Minutes
Pre-heat the oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 30 minutes into cooking time, remove film, return to oven for 15 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Micro 800W 11 minutes
Microwave from frozen Cat E 800W Full Power. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 11 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
