You can amend your order up to midday on the day before your order is due for delivery. Your amended order cannot fall below the minimum required order value of £20 and you will need to re-enter any discount codes you have used when placing your order.
All HCK meals and desserts are frozen for optimal quality, safety, and maximum shelf life before their Best Before date expires, therefore for best results, they should be kept frozen in your freezer. However, You may store any HCK product in your fridge safely for up to a maximum of 24 hours before it is used. Please note that the product will defrost within this time and therefore must be cooked as per the on-pack cooking instructions and consumed within 24 hours of it having been placed into the fridge.
The cooking time will remain the same as stated on pack, but you may need to increase the cooking temperature by 20°C for best results. Because appliances may vary, the cooking instructions are given as a guide only, so please ensure your meal/dessert is piping hot before serving.
