You can place an order for prepared meal delivery either online or over the telephone for free on 0800 029 3263 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
You can pay using debit or credit either online or over the phone. We do not accept cash or cheques for frozen meal delivery.
Delivery is free for all orders of £40 or more. For orders under £40, there will be a delivery charge of £6.95. If you have a discount code which takes your order value below £40, the delivery charge will apply.
Next day delivery is available for all orders. If your order value is £40 or over, free next day delivery is available.
If your order is below £40 a delivery charge of £6.95 will apply.
If your delivery is covered by one of our Harry’s Country Kitchen delivery vans (Gloucester area only), you will be able to select a morning (9am-1pm) or afternoon (12pm-6pm) delivery slot, Monday to Friday. You will need to be at home to receive your delivery, as we are unable to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour.
We offer all customers 7-day next day delivery service provided by our third-party courier (excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man). If you select this option, you will be notified of your one-hour delivery slot the day before the delivery is due. This slot will be advised by text and email so please ensure your information is correct. If you won’t be in to receive your delivery, our courier will leave it on your doorstep.

If your order is delivered via our third-party courier, it will be packed in special chilled insulated boxes. If it is delivered by one of our Harry’s Country Kitchen drivers, it will be delivered in boxes to you (we operate a bagless delivery service). In both delivery methods the food will arrive frozen.
We work closely with a small group of British partners using British Beef, Chicken, Lamb and Pork in all our Harry’s Country Kitchen meals.
You can amend your order up to midday on the day before your order is due for delivery. If your amended order falls below the £40 threshold for free delivery, a delivery charge of £6.95 will apply. You will also need to re-enter any discount codes you have used when placing your order.
All HCK delivery meals and desserts are frozen for optimal quality, safety, and maximum shelf life before their Best Before date expires, therefore for best results, they should be kept frozen in your freezer. However, you may store any HCK product in your fridge safely for up to a maximum of 24 hours before it is used. Please note that the product will defrost within this time and therefore must be cooked as per the on-pack cooking instructions and consumed within 24 hours of it having been placed into the fridge.
The cooking time will remain the same as stated on pack, but you may need to increase the cooking temperature by 20°C for best results. Because appliances may vary, the cooking instructions are given as a guide only, so please ensure your meal/dessert is piping hot before serving. Please refer to the appliance manufacturer’s guide for best results.
Dependant on the power (wattage) of your microwave, you may need to increase or decrease the cooking time for best results.
