Slow cooked British lamb leg & minced lamb in a rich gravy, topped with pre-fried sliced potatoes
Oven: Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. . Place on a pre-heated baking tray near the middle of the oven for 25 minutes. Remove film lid, cook for a further 20 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
MICROWAVE: Cat E 800W FULL POWER. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 10 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
