Cooked beef, peas and sliced carrots in a rich beef gravy with roast potatoes and a Yorkshire pudding
Oven (Fan 180°C/Gas 6): Pre-heat oven. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Remove Yorkshire Pudding and place to one side. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. Fan 35 minutes / Gas 40 minutes into cooking time, add Yorkshire pudding to the baking tray, return to oven for 5 minutes. Stir before serving. Microwave (800w): Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Remove potatoes and Yorkshire pudding and place to one side. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 6 minutes. Return potatoes to the tray and cook for a further 5 minutes. Return Yorkshire pudding to the tray and cook for a further 1 minute. Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.
