British chicken breast pieces in a sweet and sour sauce with pepper water chestnuts and pineapple pieces
Microwave: Cat E 800W FULL POWER. Remove outer packaging and piece film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 4 minutes. Stir, replace film lid and cook for a further 2 minutes. Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving. Oven: Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 5. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 30 minutes into cooking time, stir, return to oven for a further 10 minutes. Stir before serving.
