Oven Cook 180°C 45-50 Minutes
Pre-heat the oven Fan 180°C Fan. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 45-50 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Micro 800W 14 minutes
Microwave from frozen Cat E 800W Full Power. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 7 minutes, stand for 1 minute, cook for a further 7 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
