Sliced turkey in a rich gravy, served with roast potatoes, peas, carrots & a sage & onion stuffing ball
Oven from frozen. Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. Fan 20 minutes/Gas 25 minutes into cooking time, stir, replace film lid, return to oven for Fan 20 minutes/Gas 25 minutes . Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Microwave from frozen. Cat E 800W FULL POWER. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times over the turkey and gravy. Carefully peel back film lid over the potatoes and remove potatoes and stuffing ball. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 4 minutes. Stir, return potatoes and stuffing ball and cook for a further 6 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving.
