Cooked sliced turkey in a rich gravy with pre-fried potatoes, peas, carrots and a sage and onion stuffing ball and a pork sausage wrapped in smoked steaky bacon
Oven: Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times over the turkey and gravy. Peel back film lid over the potatoes and remove Pig in Blanket and place to one side. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for Fan 20 minutes /Gas 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully peel back the film lid and stir. Return Pig in Blanket to the tray. Return to the oven and cook for Fan 20 minutes /Gas 25 minutes. Stand for 1 minute before serving
Microwave: Cat E 800W FULL POWER. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times over the turkey and gravy. Carefully peel back film lid and remove potatoes, stuffing ball and pig in blanket and place to one side. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 4 minutes. Return potatoes, stuffing ball and pig in blanket to the tray. Stir veg and gravy and cook for a further 6 minutes. Stand for 1 minute. Stir before serving.
